Digital Products — No Refunds All digital downloads (PDF patterns and files) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products — 10-Day Return Window Physical items may be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending any items back to receive return instructions.
