The measurements for the pattern are 185 stitches by 250 rows, done with a 4.25mm hook, Measurements are 42”x48” approximately a throw size . In order to do this pattern you should know basic crochet terms ( sc, change color, chain)
This is not a beginner pattern. Lots of color changes with bobbins.
